The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. "Very nice hotel in excellent area, breakfast was exceptional…not great if you are a light sleeper as there is a main road, tram lines & train tracks right outside so a bit noisy…. we had an evening flight but when we asked if there was a room for changing were only offered the toilets in the reception area which was disappointing .."

"Hotel Wawel is conveniently located in the old town and couple of minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome in July and the rooms were very quiet.
