Our friend, upon seeing her room, exclaimed, "I feel like I'm in a castle - a medieval castle." The brick walls and stone floors, mixed with modern facilities, are stunning and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again soon."

Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and it made coming back each evening a real pleasure. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel with some special dietary requirements and to arrange airport pickups, and the team could not have been more helpful or responsive. Everything was handled seamlessly, which immediately put me at ease and set the tone for the whole trip. A huge shout-out to Monika and Prince, along with the entire Sheraton Grand team. Their hospitality truly elevated my stay and made it feel special from start to finish. The location is unbeatable - right beside Wavel Castle and within perfect walking distance of everything you need to see and do in Kraków. Whether exploring the Old Town, dining by the river, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for a better base. This hotel really is the cherry on top of a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Five stars all the way."
