It was very easy to check in, staff was nice and the lady at the front desk was informative in terms of attractions all around the area. Parking is accessible as it's located in the property. Walking distance to downtown area considering parking is difficult to find. Overall, I will come back and I truly enjoyed my stay.

I was skeptic of the area, however they had safe private parking in the property itself. Check in was smooth and easy- in addition to the nice staff. Very clear on their rules and regulation, and I would definitely recommend as it's close to downtown los angeles making it more convenient for events and games.

Satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and quiet at night. Came on a business convention and felt exhausted. I was checked in quick and was treated well overall. Definitely recommend. Drivable distance to crypto arena as well.

There were gnats and mosquitos in the room. When I killed one, there were more. Where were they coming from? Staff was nice. And I know they tried, but glad it was just one night.

Over priced hotel

Location was great. A little over priced. Bed sheets were stained. I killed a roach by table while we were eating. Bathroom shower water pressure was low, and my wife found hairs on towels. Check in was fast. Parking was right on front of room. Refrigerator was cold.

I did not stay at this property, I simply paid for my son accommodation. I booked him into this property at least seven times over 2 to 3 week period. I have already given a review a week ago and although I know this is a form letter he is now in Austin Texas. Can you please quit sending these letters or emails? Thank you. I know he did think the front desk people were very helpful for him.
