"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

"We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Lyon...good location, and friendly staffs. The room was very hot during our last stay...because it had no AC in the room. But the receptionist offered us a fan which helped a lot.."
