"Brilliant little gem of a place. Received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite prior to arrival. Self checkin was super easy and room was made up with fresh towels on the 2nd day of my stay.
Nice touch with sweets in the room and also having a little kitchen area in the suite was very useful."
"A great stay! The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly.

"A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. "We was a family of four staying at the hotel the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us ,the room was spacious and very clean the bathroom was enormous we had a a full English breakfast which was cooked to perfection so would definitely recommend this hotel "
"Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable.
The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable."

"Lovely overnight stay. Used as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Was a bit concerned when we read that a lot of staff had walked out upon sale of the property (some sort of protest I guess).
