"The lady who checked this in was so amazing. She was friendly kind and was able to upgrade the room when they didn’t have the one I had reserved available. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped with what we needed for our weekend day I will absolutely be staying again the overall experience at the hotel with the games activities and the waterpark were more than enough for a positive experience. "

"Most of the elevators were broke which caused long lines just to get to your room and to check out."

"The room was very, dusty like it had not been clean in months. There was some left over crumbs of crackers or nuts between the bed and side tables. All the mirrors, door to shower were all dirty. I spent the first night wiping the sofa, side tables, mirrors and other surfaces."

"Beach view was okay , stayed for three days phone didn’t work , pool never had any towels , couldn’t get in room room service after 10am,bed not comfortable "
