"Best place I’ve stayed at Hanoi. I’m surprised that it wasn’t more for the location and the fact you staying in a one bedroom apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations"

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"La Siesta is a nice hotel. The staff is super hospitable. Breakfast is extensive and tasty. You’re in the heart of the old quarter. We also stayed at their property around the block on Hang Be, where the street is a bit more busy and noisy. All in all good hotel group. Mr. Quan at Hang Be hotel is the best !"

"The staff were amazing, caring, and total pros. Our massage was great, they have laundry service, and there were many delicious food and drink options. The hotel is charming, cozy and fun."

"The hotel is very clean and the location is ideal. The breakfast spread was quite big too. Would definitely recommend."

"This place is fantastic. Great location, incredible staff, comfortable rooms and a beautiful rooftop pool. I will stay here again."

"Breakfast"

"Location: in center of downtown tourist. Every night when we get out the hotel , feeling like the city is wake up, crowded and fun. Second: room is very clean and good enough to enjoy , just for me is a little small. Third : air conditioner is good, it’s have the jacuzzi in top hotel and massage at B floor that help you relax after trip. Fourth: breakfast at the 9 floor and it so yummy for America food or VN foo.Last: staff: that is the best in this hotel, from the time I come until when I left...

"Amazing - kind - clean - lovely staff - big bed!!"

"The team were very helpful in assisting us booking activities and giving suggestions on places to go. The hotel was lovely and good breakfast, definitely bang for buck. Also in walking distance from so many dining and shopping options, did not need to use a grab! Definitely would come back to visit Ms Lee in Hanoi next time, thank you guys for a beautiful stay!"

"The hotel is located in the heart of Old Quarter, Staff is so welcome, great service, bf is good"

"Staffs are helpful. Thanks I like breakfast special are sticky rice. Hotel is close central, very convenient."
