"Beautiful property, only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the bed wasn’t attached to the headboard. When we sat to watch tv and unwind from our day the bed started sliding away from us. Would 100% book again though."

"We were looking for a room to stay in just one night before leaving on a cruise the next day. This place fit the bill perfectly. Clean and comfortable room. Sorry Uber ride from Long Beach Airport and even shorter one to the cruise terminal. Staff was super nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by to choose from. And a short walk to a grocery store for any forgotten items. A tad confusing to get to some rooms, with entrances in different buildings. But it's very cute once we got the right door. Will definitely book again in the future."

"The hotel was very nice and clean with a fantastic location if you are taking a cruise. we felt secure at this hotel. I would advise to be careful walking around by yourself though."

"I'm not sure why Expedia picked this hotel for me and said that it is family-friendly and good for 1 adult and 1 teen, room is cute and the convenience technology is set up. But the hotel vibe looks like it is good for the couple, the toilet space is cheeky. The big issue for me is the safety, if you find the spot to park at the front door then you have to be careful with the tree leaf; if you park at the pay in side parking from 2 blocks away, then you have to watch out for the stranger and the homeless. We don't even walk to the beach, because my kid is too nervous. Urine smells around the street, huge tree leaf covers the sidewalk. The siren all night long, I'm a light sleeper, I can hear that even close all the window. Overall, I think that is the super good price for those who are looking for low cost stay downtown."

"Check in process was easy. Love how everything was no more than a 10-15 min walk including the beach. Ran the Long Beach marathon so it was quick walk to and from. Which was great because we avoided all the chaos of traffic."
