"The front desk staff on check in was so lovely and friendly. The gentleman who was at the desk on the way out was not as customer focussed/eager to help. But I loved my room and the location, we were very happy with it. The pool is meh"

"The hotel is trying to making money from Wifi which is not good. The deal that we got it is the free wifi access but the hotel did not even look and try to charge it.The hotel is new . Breakfast is good the only that that seems to not impressive is the wifi. The hotel should check first that is free should not try to charge before seeing what the deal customer get.The staff should be more careful. "

"An entirely unique and unforgettable experience that made us feel like we'd been transported back in time. Loved the untouched decor and details of this grand old ship. Truly felt like a night at the museum with the opportunity to roam the halls on all the decks and get a sense of what a historical voyage might have been like. The only issue we had was the noise: the rooms have paper-thin walls and vents in the doors which conduct any sound in the hallways or nearby rooms. Luckily we only stayed...
