"I loved the history of the place and the view, great memory. What i didn't like was having to walk back and forth due to the event that was being prepared. But was cool seeing it an take place. So all in all great experience. I didn't experience no ghosts which was a plus as well lol I didn't know the history of the boat until after I paid for the suite, so I was almost gonna cancel but then I love history so I was like screw it, I just didn't tell my son until after we checked out lol 😅"

"The hotel was super kid friendly. They had a really cool rubber duck pond thing for the kids and a room with game boards for the kids. The swimming pool was kid/adult friendly. A great coffee shop and yummy pizza at the bar. It was super close to restaurants ,outlets and activities for kids. Just a quick uber or shuttle ride (provided by hotel). The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. We absolutely would recommend and stay here again."

"Great resort in Long Beach outside of city but within easy drive and walk to many restaurants and attractions. Exceptional room with view, staff very personable and accommodating. Enjoyed the restaurant for drinks and dinner and have no significant issues with our stay. Really excellent venue with great ‘beach’ pool and views. I would recommend better in room, heavy towels for this caliber hotel. Our initial room did not have a view, actually looked out to a ‘garden’ tree which if we had...

"My room was not cleaned - the bed was remade with the same dirty sheets, the bathroom was not cleaned as evidenced by sand left in the shower pan and on the glass door. the pool was dirty and unusable. The room walls were so thin that you could hear every one’s conversations in their rooms and in the halls. The mini fridge made a terrible high-pitched whining sound and kept us awake off and on. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel."
