"We arrived late and grabbed some dinner. The food was delicious and the staff very understanding of our late arrival as they were cleaning up for the day. The room was spacious and clean. The reception staff was very courteous and helpful. "

"Stayed here for Long Beach Grand Prix. Most of other guests were as well. Property was very clean and maintained well. It is old, they did update it but very sparsely. Rooms were clean, smelled like bleach when we walked in, but very sparsely decorated and furnished. The lighting is awful, there are only recessed can lights in the ceiling with that awful, soul sucking fluorescent hue. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable, memory foam. Don'tknow what was more noisy the A/C or the street noise. Location was awesome for the grand prix, only 2 blocks away, and parking was included so we didn't have to move the car Saturday. Overall OK, not terrible, but also not great!"

"We enjoyed our stay here: The staff were very helpful, rooms and hallway were clean, and roof-top deck was perfect for a quieter rest. It was an easy walk to the Convention Center area, grocery store, and restaurants. The only thing that would have helped us would be to have TV access without having to use our own phone connection. I highly recommend this hotel."
