"Location was good. Service was good. Only issue I had was elevators were very outdated and ran rough. Got stuck for a moment. Time for owner to invest in those. Other than that everything was great!"

"This room is priced for attendees of conferences, not for its intrinsic quality. It was a good room, but not a $500 room. Very small, crooked paintings, lots of noise from the street, paper cups and Keurig instead of real cups and Nespresso, only one of the elevators working, but very very slow, no valet, etc. I was on the 3rd floor, which is at the level of the gym and walkway across the street from the hotel so everybody who was gym-ing or walking was looking directly into my room."

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely property. I wish there were still cleaners that did a room refresh midstay, like traditional hotels, but I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and bed comfortable, the pillows however were terrible and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine we ended up turning it off. The restaurant and bar are a gem, nice food and drinks with a nice view. Close to cruise port with a complimentary shuttle."

"The place was pretty clean but dated! The only bad thing I really have to say is the place basically closed at 7 and we didn’t get off our plane until 7! There was nobody there. They send you a code to get into the hotel and your room."
