A few small problems with the room but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently Room was quite small with little storage space. We were glad we didn’t have large cases and many clothes.

First time staying here, location is great! The rooms are slightly dated but didn’t make the stay any less enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy/quick check-in (although you have to pay extra for early checkin which really isn’t a new concept), extremely clean both common areas and rooms, daily room housekeeping which isn’t the norm nowadays, centrally located to a lot of things (the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster etc.).
