Hello David very sorry to hear you had an uncomfortable stay. I think there was some confusion on check out. Our reception is 24 hours and if you called we could of helped you with the AC in the room, you can control it in all the rooms as well as a main control in reception. We are always happy to help no matter what time it is in the night.
