Don't even bother considering
Fixtures hanging off walls, stains on the bedroom and bathroom walls, a horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke, filthy floors. This was more like your single, disorganised friend's unkempt apartment than a hotel room. To boot, the staff were incredibly dismissive and at points even inappropriate to my partner when I wasn't around. Cannot overstate enough - stay away from this place.

Recommended for short stays
Location is centrally located only 30 minutes away by bus from the center of London. Service was very good with the staff being very helfpul. Overall conditions in the room left a little to be desired though especially the bathroom which needed a bit of renovation. Having said that, bed and pillows were comfortable so not too much to complain. Cleanliness was ok as well.

La chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo. Juste le minimum. 0 accueil. Douche étroite à cause d’un robinet qui dépasse. Toutefois lits confortables. À prendre quand vous n’avez pas à y rester ! Nuisances sonores dès 5h du matin (bagarres). À éviter !

The rooms are definitely not like they are advertised in the photos. Really disappointed with our stay as it was our first trip together and was spoilt by a hotel that was not worth the money.

Ingen tegn på rengøring, virkelig klamt værelse vi fik. Vil aldrig anbefale det til nogle. Efter vi klagede fik vi et nyt værelse til en nogenlunde standard men stadig spor af fugt på madrasserne. Der var heller ingen varm vand i brusseren, og trykket var virkelig ringe. Det eneste gode ved det her sted er, at der ligger et busstop lige ude foran døren, og der er et supermarked 20 meter væk. Men føj nogle værelser!

INFESTED WITH MITES AND BED BUGS !
I woke on my stay to find a large bed bug crawling on my arm ! Then when turning on the lights I noticed the blotches of my blood on the white bedding which resulted the next day with me coming out in rages and bite spots all over myself . Disgusting in this day and age that hotels of this kind even exist !

Horrendous experience
This is the worst place I ever stayed, damp, filthy, smelly, moulds everywhere, stains on the wall, no heating, no tv, no spa, no lampshades, shower was dodgy - Room was not all all like the photos, the entire building had a terrible smell, this place should not be operating as a business, avoid at all costs!

AWFUL!!! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in… ever! My partner and I stayed for 1 night, we expected a clean and warm room but nothing too fancy. Sadly, we didn’t even get clean or warm! The hotel room was filthy and had an awful smell, there was yellow stains on the curtains, ripped carpet, a smashed mirror, the room was extremely cold and the heater sparked when plugged into the mains which was a huge health and safety risk. There was a black mould infested mattress covered in stains propped up against the wall in the hallway. Staff were not interested in listening to our complaint at all. Three stars is generous for this hotel, please save your money and stay elsewhere.

This is a budget hotel therefore you cannot have high expectations, however I would still expect the basics. - absolutely stunk of smoke even with the window open. - large wardrobe mirror was completely smashed. - no hot water - majority of light fittings had no bulbs. - only one small shampoo bottle included, not even why hand soap for the sink. - google states parking is included but this is not the case.

They did not give us our chosen booked room. They did recover by sorting a similar choice, but the door key could not be made to work. One of the bedside reading lights had no bulb fitted. We had no info about WiFi or breakfast, not able to converse with reception as no phone in room. The room was along way from reception which meant we had no street noise. which was a good thing.

Stay clear, unless you're desperate to save money
Well, it's cheap (by London standards) but you get what you pay for. Positives: - the bed was comfortable and I slept well - excellent wifi service Negatives: - tiny room, like a prison cell with a tv that didn't work - absolutely freezing, no central heating. Electric heater, but all of the electrical safety test stickers were over a year out of date. Didn't dare try using them - if they were anything like the state of repair of the room (shabby is a polite understatement), they might have been dangerous. - black mold in the shower - broken shower unit, barely clinging onto the wall - electricity socket coming away from the wall
