My apartment was fantastic, clean and bed was so comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and room contained everything you could need. Was serviced once a week. Would definitely recommend.

Solo female stayed for 7 nights in June 2024. Gorgeous little apartment on level 3. Lovely lounge area with 2 beds, tv. Clean kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Spacious bathroom, shower over bath, and importantly washing machine. There was nothing to complain about. Concierge and booking office very helpful. Enjoyed a lovely time. Sainsbury's 2 min walk, everything closeby. Great property and area

The building and staff were excellent . However the studio we had had not been properly cleaned . It kept having electrical faults .
Also it should be made clear on the advertising it is a couch that converts into bed with a not comfortable mattress.

The 2nd round for my London trip within this month. Thanks goodness they did not give us the same dirty room before, this one RM 70, downstairs again, no window, small but much much better than our last room. Much cleaner (at least) up to the avg. Standard. This round, concierge staff much friendly and helpful. I guess Room is not good (in the basement, if you have luggages, it might be difficult, no one will help you), but apartments might be better.

Apartment hotel was just ok … room was dated … kitchenette was not stocked … simple things like tissues, paper towels, laundry soap were not provided … room was next to elementary school and playground … young children screaming and shrieking during outdoor play was very unpleasant … kitchen hot water need an overhaul due to dank swampy unpleasant smell in the kitchen.

The property was overpriced for what it offered. They charge to use bedding on the pull out couch and the first night there was no one to even give us the bedding! The toilet didn’t flush properly. The knob in the shower came off. We requested maintenance for those items and were told they would come that day. No one ever did. There was no liquid dish soap. Very poor accommodations for the price. I would not recommend staying there.

The check out date was wrong. It took for ever to correct. The room was far too small and had no facilities, as expected. The air conditioning was not working and was never fixed. A simple electric fan was provided. Totally unacceptable. In 7 days never cleaned the room, collect garbage nor change towels. The room was in a basement, with a tiny window facing the street. The description of the room did not match what I had expected. The only positive thing is the location. I did not enjoy my stay at all. Office personnel were not attentive and could not care less about my concerns.

For the most part we really enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived at it after an overnight flight around 9 AM we discovered that the hotel was overbooked. They were very prompt about getting an agent to work with us to resolve the issue. We had come over for the Queen‘s funeral so headed straight to the queue for the lying in state and by 3 PM that afternoon they had texted us to let us know They sorted out the problem and our efficiency Apt was ready. The room was well fitted out and had everything we needed except it turns out a working television set which we didn’t know until the next day. After standing in line for 14 hours we slept and slept and slept. But then when we tried to turn the TV on we could get nothing. The front desk was totally unable to help us and because of the bank holiday we ended up not having access to the coverage of the queens funeral weekend. We tried everything we could but couldn’t get the TV to work. Fortunately I did have my laptop. This was a huge disappointment. Other than that the flat was great And the location convenient.

Add that didn't match the reality
The room that we had booked was a pod room. On Hotels.com website there were no pictures of the Twin room that we booked. And the pictures for the other pod rooms were very hard to get a feeling for how big they were. When we got there the room was in the basement. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. However, we did not feel like it matched what we had paid for. The website does not give an accurate picture of what the room is like. The mini fridge was really mini, there was a water kettle, but that was it. There were no cutlery, not plates or anything. Basically it's a hotel room, not an apartment, without any of the service you get in a hotel. The only windows we had were to the circular driveway, so every time a car came it some right into our eyes, the blinds didn't help at all. The beds didn't have any mattresses so they were extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep in.
We got there on a Friday after the customers office was closed. The reception, is for the hotel, and not the apartments, so they gave you the key but didn't help you with anything else. We asked for toilet paper but they referred us to the customers office that wouldn't be opened until Monday.
All that aside. The room was spacious and clean. Once the customers office opened we got upgraded. They were very helpful. The problem is that there was no one there to talk to during the whole weekend. And that the website's description of the room didn't match what we got.

1)when we arrived, the concierge staff did not greet us, just lean back and did not say a word, until we told him we wanted to check in. Rather unprofessional?
2) when we got to our room (rm64 at the basement!!! Did not expect this?), the bathroom has big issue:
The shower curtain was mouldy and dirty.
The drainage was blocked, all the floor was wet and water near to drain to the bedroom. No shower cabinet, no barrier stopping water coming out as the floor is flat - weird design/layout issue.
The toilet flap very loose, need fixing.

The room - old, carpet old & dirty.
Lighting - insufficient, dim.
Very disappointed on this accommodation! I still have a 2nd booking next week, don't know how I could stand it. For sure the first and will be my last.

La zona es excepcional, céntrica y bien comunicada. Cuenta con un supermercado muy cerca. El estudio estaba bien, excepto el sofá cama que fue horrible porque prácticamente no tenía colchón y se clavaba el armazón de hierro.

6 dager i London.
Helt grei leilighet hvis man er 1-2 personer, men alt for liten til familie på 4. Rengjøring hver syvende dag, så på vårt 6 dagers opphold var det ikke renhold. Ingen bytte av håndkle(kombi vask og tørk så kan vaske selv). Ikke påfyll av toalettartikler. Ingen ventilasjon eller aircondition, så ble varmt og dårlig luft. Mye trafikkstøy døgnet rundt i gaten utenfor.

Hyggelig personal. Dårlig lukt og renhold.
Personalet var svært imøtekommende og hyggelige. Fasaden på hotellet og resepsjonsområdet var innbydende. Hotellet lå fint til i et rolig og hyggelig området. Vi hadde rom i kjelleren. Når vi spolte ned i toalettet, brukte vask og dusj fikk vi en stank av kloakk i retur. Det var smale kjellervindu med frost på glasset. Sengen var ødelagt, og vond å ligge i. Varmepumpa fungerte ikke optimalt og dermed ble temperaturen vanskelig og regulere. Det var også en bryter for «naturlig luft», men når vi skrudde på den fikk vi inn kloakklukt på rommet. Vannkoker og kopper var ikke rengjort ordentlig. På badet var det svært dårlig renhold, spesielt dusj og toalett.

Das 1. Apartment war leider schon etwas abgewohnt und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Wir haben dann ein Upgrate für ein größeres und renoviertes Apartment bekommen. Personal sehr freundlich. Lage sehr gut (2 U Bahnstationen in 10min. Fussweg erreichbar).
