Mi reserva era de una habitación triple y cuando llegué me encontré con una sola cama de 1,35m Tras quejarme, me ofrecieron una cuna, pero me negué ya que yo había pagado por una habitación triple y las cunas son gratis en las habitaciones dobles. Eso no era lo que yo había contratado. Finalmente me pusieron un somier SIN COLCHÓN donde ha dormido mi marido durante 3 días. INHUMANO. No lo recomiendo.

For a budget option this was brilliant, check-in was super easy and quick, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed in it, if I really wanted to be picky it just lacked a fridge, it is located excellently, 2mins from Bromley South and right on top of the shops. There are plenty of places locally to eat and drink. Should the occasion arise again that I needed to stay in Bromley I'd definitely stay here.

Leider enttäuscht. Die Hotelzimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Zustellbetten für Kinder sind nur aus Holz - keine Matratzen - sehr unbequem. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht - wir bekamen Papiertüten mit eingeschweißten Croissants, Schokobrötchen, Marmelade, Joghurt ... - kein Frühstücksraum man musste am kleinen Schreibtisch essen was für 2 Personen schon eine Herausforderung war. Frühstück lieber separat suchen. Um nach London zu kommen ist man ca 30 Minuten bis ca. 1 Stunde unterwegs kommt auf die Bahn an.

Stay was ok but few negatives I noted it was too noisy from next room after 1am, shower Handle was broken, water boiling kettle was not cleaned, no water bottle and no free parking. Thanks

Items stolen
We had £300 worth of items lost by cleaners either by mistake or on purpose. Left the hotel in the morning and by the time we came back our stuff was gone.

After reading some of the reviews I was reluctant to book a stay at the Ibis hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes it’s very basic but it’s clean and smells fresh. The reception staff greeted mme with a smile. My room was clean, the bedding was clean. I noticed the carpets that some people mentioned on their reviews but I’ve seen worse and it did not affect my stay it’s just faded near skirting boards. Excellent position for centre and only a short walk from train station. If you’re looking for a shopping weekend or going to a gig it’s a perfect place to stay. I will be returning. A special thankyou to our house keeper a young girl who took the time to bring me a hairdryer very helpful service with a smile.

Uncomfortable bed. Room temperature was not good and heating didn’t work. Creaky noisy floors. Not good curtains - light came through. No where to drop your key card at the exit. Expensive for a “budget” hotel.

I liked I was near everything, shops, cafes and train station and buses. Some streets were a little dirty.The location was excellent for me and the silence in hotel was great. Couldnt hear no traffic or anything. Will definetly try to book there again on my visits to UK

Great for weekend break!
First of all, great location and very friendly staff! The rooms could probably do with a touch up, but perfectly adequate. It's very quiet, so great for a peaceful night's sleep. An enjoyable stay.

Convenient location near to all services. But didn't like how narrow the twin bed were, I'm a big guy and I had to be careful not to fall out of the bed!
