Breakfast is a good choice ,The staff at the restaurant is very cute.Not all rooms are accessible by elevator.The room is quite comfortable,some wet carpet spots in room. The reception staff at the counter is mostly good. But there is one woman who is bad manners.Do not check data for good.Speak and blame customers and use bad tone at all or we're Asian peoples will do like this?I almost have to lose money on a £ 200 credit card again.(double security deposit) And do double security deposit with another customer.

Très bien situé, personnel efficace. Chambre pratique, bien équipée , spacieuse et très propre. Le resto petit-déjeuner est à éviter. Prohibitif (et qui ajoute encore des frais de service aux 13.5BP annoncés!), peu de choix :croissant tranches de pain et quelques garnitures, nescafé ... thé =eau tiède colorée. 70 euros pour nous 4... Indigne. Sommes allés chez 'granier' pour les autres déjeuners : choix, service, excellent café... et le 1/3 du prix.

This hotel was good for access to Bayswater Underground. Our room was a good size and cleaned every day with lots of clean towels supplied. But we were right next to the air con machines or something and the smell was terrible. We should have asked to move but we were only there for 3 nights and were really only in the room to sleep. For the price and location the room was good value for money

The grand plaza has bedbugs (which we discovered as we left), thebleast comfortable sofa bed that I have ever slept on, and wen went had now hot water for three days and asked to have it fixed, the maintenance person came in and used the bathroom while he was there (toilet seat left up). I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

Excellent location, able to go out for morning runs in the park which was amazing. Staff were accommodating to store our luggage while traveling to other destinations. Can’t wait to get back to spend one more night before getting back to US

Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, pulito, ogni giorno cambiavano gli asciugamani e rifornivano i prodotti mancati (bustine di tea o caffé, zucchero, bagno schiuma e shampoo). Vicino a 2 fermate della metro (bayswater e queensway) e anche a supermercati ristoranti e fast food. L'unica pecca é lo slalom da fare per andare negli appartamenti, noi lo avevamo al 3 piano e dovevi aprire ben 8 porte all'interno dei vari corridoi da percorrere per poi arrivare alla meta. Comunque super consigliato, qualitá prezzo eccellente

the place is ok since we are a family of 6, there are 2 rooms and an ensuite, but still, the people in the other room need to get into the master's to use the washroom. It would be nice to have at least a small powder room. the kettle is not working. and the receptionist, the white guy is a little rude when asked. he is on the night shift

Will Stay Here Again!
Great location and wonderfully large rooms! We were very happy with our choice to stay here, particularly as we were spending four nights. Located in a safe and very pretty neighborhood and within walking distance to the tube.

Godt fornøyd med oppholdet på Grand Plaza. Grei beliggenhet i forhold til Undergrund og buss. Koselig nærmiljø. Vi hadde leilighet med 2 soverom og oppholdsrom/kjøkkenkrok. Godt ustyrt med alt vi hadde behov for. Laget egen frokost. Kan anbefale dette stedet. Kommer gjerne igjen.
