"Cleaners were in my room at 9:00am and put my things in the trash when I questioned it the cleaning person said their paper did not include a check out time out of respect I simply asked for my belongings and to respect the checkout times I mean if you work at a hotel you know the checkout is most definitely not at 9:00am. Will not be coming back."

"Do Not Stay Here"

"Perfectly located for events at Canada Life centre. Lovely Covant market right across the street"

"I went there in September 2026. I liked the cookie and coffee machine that was in the lobby 24/7. The room was very clean. The breakfast had waffles, cakes, bread, egg, coffee, tea, juice, sausages, milk, oatmeal, beans, corn flex etc which I liked. There was no noise. It was not just a room, it was a suit. We had several desserts and were absolutely...

"Location and parking very nice"

The connection at the showerhead was leaking and spraying to the side. More importantly the body wash,...

"Some of the rooms are being updated. I would call ahead or confirm when you get there that you are in the newly updated rooms. There is a drastic difference. I was in the old rooms that had not been updated."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Ours was a quick overnight stay prior to va trip to the airport."

"Breakfast was great! Will be staying again when we’re in town."

"Got one queen bed when I thought I booked 2 queens. Room is super hot and bed feels very soft and uncomfortable"

"Loved our stay here! Clean rooms and hotel. The staff was exceptional. Its truly a pet friendly hotel and they had an adorable welcome bag for my dog who stayed with us. Bed was comfortable. Overall great experience and very happy with our stay."
