Dear Kerstin,We are sorry to hear you did not have heating. Some of the radiators are manually regulated, yours could have been manually turned off, we also have heating in intervals due to complaints from the rooms without the option for manual regulation. Guests have complained their rooms are too hot, therefore we started practicing heating in intervals (off during the day unless the outside temperature drops and automatic heating in intervals during the night). We understand some guests stay with us due to proximity of the hospital and we provide electric heaters for those guests during the day.
