The room was satisfactory but the dining area for breakfast boone was thede and askex and was told we we're to make our own we was under the impression that we get a cooked breakfast and served by them we had no tea or coffee at all so not happy and wouldn't stay there again

What can say? Awful
Hotel ‘room’ was out the back and up 3 flights of fire escape stairs. Bed was broken so any slight move made a noise. ‘Breakfast included’ was non existent. No evidence of any dining area or breakfast and no mention of breakfast by hotel staff. Daily housekeeping was clean towels left in a bag out side the room on one occasion. Carpets in room and flooring in kitchenette and bathroom disgusting. Food left in kitchen cupboards from previous stayers. Rat/mouse traps visible next to fridge. Used face mask left in top of wardrobe. Curtains hanging off the railing and overall decor was sub standard. No drawers to put clothing. Only one small bedside with 2 drawers and a wardrobe with no hangers provided. Towel rail in bathroom was not fixed to the wall so kept coming away. Not at all soundproof, woken throughout the night by various stayers walking past outside the window on the fire escape landing talking. Doors banged when closing, could even hear the extractor fan from the bathroom next door in our ‘room’. If the room was not ‘non refundable’ I would have cancelled this hotel and found somewhere else to stay.

Okej om man bara vill övernatta där.
Helt okej om man bara ska ha ett ställe att sova på. Verkade vara väldigt flexibel med vilket rum vi skulle få, vi fick titta på två olika och sen välja själv. In och utcheckning gick smidig. Var lite dammigt i rummet om man kollade noga, sängen var av sämre kvalitet än Ikeas billigaste säng, väldigt hårt men fint bäddat och sängkläder var rena. Fick handduk som byttes varannan dag. Man fick någon konstig tvål så köpte egen efter första natten. Badrummet var okej. Väldigt nära hållplats för både DLR och tunnelbana samt en affär mitt över gatan. Väldigt fin restaurang för brunch, lunch, middag bredvid! Frukost vet jag inte om det fanns, vi åt ingen.

The room was dirty there was stains and empty beer cans the shower was yellow and I got bed bug bites. The man at the desk was nice though.

My bedsheet was not changed on my in date.
My bedsheet was not changed. They kept for me an already used one with stains on it and they deliberately laid the bed with the other side of the bedsheets just for me not to recognise it meanwhile l gave them prior notice of my checking time. The kitchen and fridge also is very unkept. The fridge is very old and atleast needs to be kept neat. Bad customer sevice

Good value if you don't need frills
Great value but lots of stairs. Helpful front desk about local businesses. No AC and sometime no hot water.

Wer dreckige Zimmer mit Schimmelgeruch liebt, der ist hier richtig. Unser Aufenthalt hat genau 5 Minuten gedauert, dann haben wir dieses Horrorhaus verlassen. Das schlimmste „Hotel“ was ich jemals erlebt habe. Hier hilft nur noch ein Abriss!!!

Hotel was inhospitable, had to leave after one night as didn’t get any sleep (was meant to stay for 4), checked out the next day and was still charged for the first 2 nights.

Hotel was quite run down and dirty (everything except the beds). The cleaning staff could have been more polite and friendly. They also called me out before checkout time, which I didn‘t appreciate at all. The walls are also very thin, which makes you hear all kinds of crazy noises from people around you. The one positive is the location, as it‘s very near to the Bow Arch underground station.

Hôtel très pratique pour aller voir Abba Voyage. Juste à côté de ka station Bow Church qui est elle à une station du concert. Chambres simples avec douche, propres, à un prix intéressant pour Londres. Accueil sympathique des personnes de la réception. Restauration simple à proximité.

Excellent location, just next to the DLR Station that 10 min to Canary Whary. Room was very clean, very good to have simple breakfast and use the kitchen. I can save much from eating outside. Resonable price for london, so do not except you can get much service. Nice staff.

Not bad.
The hotel is fine for the money. The room was out the back and up fire exit stairs and it was small but clean. Parts of the hotel are very tired but again everything is clean. In the kitchen area you can help yourself to a variety of foods.The location is excellent, handy for tube and DLR however Bow is not the nicest area. I would use again.

Vriendelijk personeel. Je maakt je eigen ontbijt in een aparte keuken. Staat van pand en kamers is gedateerd....past bij de wijk. Direct bij metro en bus richting centrum.locatie dus top, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Cheap and does what it says on the tin......
Whilst this hotel will not win awards, it is clean, comfortable and served a purpose for a 2 night stay in that part of London. The room was serviceable with all the basic needs for a stay, sadly no tea making equipment. The bathroom was a walk in shower which was clean. breakfast was a self serve buffet style with cereals, fruit, toast, teas and coffees. This was a good place for me to stay as I knew I would not be spending lots of time there. In comparison to other nearby [laces this was a bargain, if saving money is the main reason for choice this hits the spot, if you're after comfort and a little bit more upmarket, this is not the one. Overall I am happy with my experience at this hotel.

No frills Hotel Close to Tube, DLR, London Stadium
This is a no frills hotel close to Bow Road Tube & Bow Church DLR. I wanted to stay here because I was working at the London Stadium for a West Ham match and wanted to walk there, it's about 20 min walk. However, it's right off the high street so very noisy for me as I'm a light sleeper. The bathroom was quite dirty with mold and cobwebs on the wall. They had a toilet brush with bits of toilet paper still it in. The bed was okay, and there was a fan for cooling the room. If you're looking for a cheap place to crash without a lot of comfort this is fine, but for me I wanted more from this hotel. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.

Pro: Anbindung an Tube und DLR. Freundliches Personal. Con: Frühstück muss selbst in einer winzigen Gemeinschaftsküche zubereitet werden und bietet zudem nur eine sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl. Zimmer sehr staubig. Handtücher wurden nicht zuverlässig gewechselt und Betten manchmal nicht gemacht. Gebucht: Dreibettzimmer

Struttura vecchia, stanze soffocanti, la pulizia va bene. La colazione bisogna prepararsela da soli, non c'e' una gran scelta. Buona la posizione, vicino alla metro. Che dire, gli standard di Londra non sono buoni, io che ci vado spesso non ho mai trovato una sistemazione soddisfacente sui livelli budget, ci si deve adattare, questa struttura non e' tra le peggiori. Letto alla francese, molto piccolo per una coppia e neanche tanto comodo.
