The room is small (I know this prior to booking), but the stay was excellent- from breakfast, to the staff, the bar at the 7th floor, the common area in the ground floor. Very good value for money considering London is expensive.

Excellente Lage für Sightseeing mit direkter Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Modernes Hotel mit stylischer Lobby, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein jedoch aussreichend für einen Städtetrip. Wir hatten einen tollen seitlichen Blick auf die Themse. Viele Restaurants und Frühstücksmögichkeiten in direkter Umgebung . Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert.

Located in the heart of London next to Tower Bridge and an underground station. Rooms are very small but quiet (i.e. one person will need to climb over the other to get out of bed fi they need to get up at night) and you'll likely be checking yourself in. One staff member does all the check in support - if you prefer bellhops and other support, this is not your best match.

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved the location, loved my room. I wish I could recreate my ciyizenM room in my house! The amenities were top notch. The price is higher than what I usually pay but soooo worth it!

The hotel has a great ambience. The lobby is very cool the rooftop bar even cooler! But what makes this hotel really special is the staff. I was greeted with warm smiles and a desire to please at every turn. Special mention to the lovely bar staff - who really lifted my mood after a difficult day. Wish I had their names but they were such nice people.

What a great property and concept! I loved the price and what you get is what you need, a big bed, hot shower, clean room, and great wifi. Also, the decor and interior design is so cool....what a great place to stay.

Five stars for staff and property appearance. Cleanliness for the rooms was almost nonexistent as my room wasn’t cleaned and new towels for 2-days. Also like clock work pipe like clanging noise would occur throughout the day and night for some unknown reason.

I can't say enough good things about Citizen M hotels. This was my first stay and I loved everything about it. The rooms are small, cozy and exceptionally functional. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. I did not partake in the breakfast, but it looked great! The only downside is that most of the elevators were having issues, but that was fixed as quickly as possible.

If they want to be a technology dependent hotel they need to work out the bugs first. Other then that hotel was convinent and clean.
