"We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end.
The whole hotel was spotless.
All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond.
Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all.
The area is great for transport links all over the city, with the hotel being a 3 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.

We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Communication was timely and informative.
Location was great with the sounding area relatively quiet for central London.
The apartment was well layed out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The addition of bag storage was a small but very helpful extra.
We were offered early check that really helped.

"Apex is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the beds!). Size of bathroom was great as well with a bathtub and good sized shower. The closet space is generous, with mini fridge and kettle, tea and biscuits/popcorn; which is nice touch!
The location: this hotel is 3-4 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station which makes it very easy to get around. Also very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames, Leadenhall market, Sky Garden…it’s a fantastic location."
