"The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful....

"The room was lovely. Very well designed and comfortable. Only issue was the room was not very warm upon arrival. Other than that it met all expectations, cleanliness, comfort and customer service. Also would have been good to have a few toiletries, ( disposable toothbrush, hairbrush/comb etc). "

"The room clean and and the pub downstairs is really nice, especially food. It would be good though if they could serve breakfast in the pub but it doesn’t open early enough. It’s a nice area although a little rough around the edges. "

"Outstanding service very kind and friendly staff. The hotel is very beautiful with a nice bar and the rooms new and comfortable for a family of 4. The hotel is close to restaurants and is part of the old London area which is magic and historic . We really enjoyed the place . And thank you guys for the beautiful note you left us and of course all the food we had at the refrigerator so sad we couldn't eat it all ."

"Our 1 night stay was great. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and everything you could need is in the room. We especially loved the seed library, and the free drink voucher for my partners birthday was a lovely touch - would stay here again & recommend to others :)"

"Check in was brilliant, it's a self serve and easy to use. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door didn't close which could lead to embarrassment. The blackout blinds worked lovely. "

"We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "

"Die Lage ist super und dabei ist es total ruhig. Man hört wirklich fast gar nichts und kann ruhig schlafen. Das Frühstück ist ein Schnäppchen - unbedingt dazu buchen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr funktional. Gereinigt wird nur auf Anforderung. Mir hat dabei immer ein zweites kleines Handtuch gefehlt - aber auch Nachfrage bekommt man alles was fehlt. Definitiv ein tolles PLV."
