"The second time at the Pan Pacific London was even better than the first time. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer a tube of Duptique hand cream anymore but other than that everything was excellent!
We will be back when in London!! "
"The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)! "

"Lovely welcoming staff on reception desk, room was great, much bigger than expected for central London, very clean, great little extras, kettle and coffee machine, fridge in room with a selection of complimentary soft drinks and snacks, toiletries etc. Location was great, 2 minute walk from tube. Definitely will stay here again. "

Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "
"Despite our initial issue at the beginning of our 5 nights stay, the front desk manager, Trevor, managed to go above and beyond and made the stay excellent for us.
The room is well arranged and very clean. Location is near tube station. The front desk staff members were friendly but can be more efficient and helpful."
