The hotel was average but the gentleman at the reception desk who checked us in was exceptional. We had a problem with our rental car return which took about an hour to clear up and he helped us through the difficulty very patiently and kindly. I failed to get his name, which i regret, because he went above and beyond the call to help us. The hotel itself was average, but we booked it because of its convenience to Heathrow Airport.

The customer service was great and the room was very nice and has nice amenities. The bed was comfortable. The location has nice transportation options to the airport like hotel link or public busses. The restaurant options are limited to certain hours and There is no early check in without a charge. There is luggage storage in case you want to go to the city. I had stay here several times and I will be back. It feels like a boutique hotel at reasonable price.

The staff was very helpful. They arranged for a cab to the airport early the next morning and a wake-up call. I would gladly stay there again.

Quite a basic hotel Arrived at 22.20, dropped of luggage in the room and went to the bar. Told I only had a choice of about 4 things in the menu as the full menu not available past 10pm!!! Would expect more. Room adequate but small. Wouldn’t stay here agsin as far better hotels at LHR. Price paid was about £100 so not cheap.

We arrived late, around 12am (late flight in from HK), and checked out early around 7am, so really this place was all about a mattress and pillow. It was perfect, clean, good attentive staff and close to the airport. The only difficulty I found was that I was surprised that along with our room cost there was an extra cost for parking in the hotel carpark. This cost was 15 pounds for not much more than 7 hours. Obviously coming from New Zealand, this was a shock, but during our time in the UK we are beginning to understand that parking costs are high in a number of cities. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay, and would recommend.

The Hoppa shuttle bus service is a big reason to make hotels near Heathrow a good option, but not if they were substandard with respect to service and schedule as they were this visit.

It was a spacious and clean room. And very easy to use the paid shuttle to and from the airport terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was nice. I did not check out the environments outside, and there's not much space surrounding the hotel. Good for travelers wanting to make sure they're on time for their flights.

Buffet breakfast included variety of options and the quality was good. Gluten free bread with dedicated toaster was available as well. The staff at reception was not super welcoming when I went to get coffee around 1 am.

Quick stay. Had a 12 hour layover at airport so stayed here. Wish we could have experience more. Saw restaurant and bar which was full of laughter and everyone was friendly. Staff made us welcome and upgraded our room at no cost, they arranged our travel back to airport in morning and coffee. Would love to go back.

We enjoyed our long stay over at Heathrow. Yes, it was busy in the morning. Although many restaurants were crowded we did find a place to eat and have refreshments as we waited for our flight home.

We were very impressed by the front staff—we arrived VERY late & the front desk treated us with warmth & efficiency. He immediately removed stress about getting to the airport by booking our transfer & booked our breakfast. We had a great sleep. Our room was clean, comfortable & very quiet. Breakfast was delicious

I arrived late at night. I could go home but I wanted to stay in a hotel to rest becasue of the long time flight. The fire alarm was activated at around 5am.

Great room for the night before flying out. Lovely dinner options too although little pricy for what you get. Nice and close to T5 parking. It would be nice for car parking to be included but it’s an additional £15/night.
