"Loved the hotel - so clean and close to the airport. My room overlooked the rice field. Breakfast was okay. The staff were okay and not super friendly. It looked like it was just a job for many of them."

"Very close to airport, used shuttle service, used room service, friendly staff, clean and safe. Perfect for a one night layover."

"The hotel rooms were very gorgeous. Loved the spa-like vibe of the shower and bath. Also liked that the pool was right outside. Things to note though - parts of the hotel are still being constructed. Also, it's about a 8 min ride to Kuta Central, and you can only get local taxis to and from there."

"Posto molto bello, strutture in bamboo magnifiche. Purtroppo non sapevamo della presenza delle scimmie, che hanno un po’ influenzato il nostro soggiorno. Nulla da dire, è il loro habitat, ma ce n’erano molte e siamo stati per lo più chiusi nella stanza per evitarle. Servizio navetta per aeroporto costoso rispetto alla media."

"The hotel is conveniently tucked in just off busy streets of Kuta and it really feels like a little paradise. The pool is magical and the food choice and quality are more than decent. It has everything for a relaxing tropical holiday."

"Nice hotel, the staff are lovely. There is building work going on at the site, it didn’t disturb us to much though. The WiFi was terrible but staff put a different router in our room so it did improve. "

"The accommodation was alot more run down than the listing images suggest. The fake grass roofs were needing some work and really messy, there were cracks in the sinks and mould in the sink and shower. Our spa was missing a tile too. There is also construction of a hotel opposite, so our breakfast view was of a work site. It was a 10min drive to town, and Kuta does not have Grab or Gojek, so we had to call a private driver each time. The drivers were really lovely but popping into town wasn't...

"Staff were good, the room & cleanliness was good, comfy beds & pillows. Pool area was nice, filtered water on site for free, complementary biscuits in the room & welcome drink. The lady at the front was always friendly & gave tips on places to see. Felt so welcomed here."
