"We loved this hotel! I didn’t realize we were walking into such a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. We loved all the amenities they offered and even took a free breath work class. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were beautiful. The next time I visit NYC, I will definitely be staying here again."

"Nice location & pretty hotel, but our AC never really worked well even though we had it at 65 degrees, no one ever came to clean our room or give us fresh towels (we were there a short weekend but gone most of the day and wanted just one day with fresh bedding etc), no fridge in the room (just a “cooler” that didn’t stay cool). Definitely wouldn’t come back here but had a nice trip and enjoyed the location - go to cafe aroma for the best coffee and breakfast/lunch quick fixes!!!"
