"I was warmly welcomed to this B&B. It is a beautiful house set in extensive grounds. From my window I had lovely views of the garden and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. With the warmth of the welcome and the excellent breakfast I would agree this is an excellent 4* and worthy of its great reviews."

It was nice to watch the sun rise from the wee balcony overlooking the lake. It's a basic hotel but really nice with wee touches that just make it so much better than a Travelodge "

"Thank you so much Derek and Rena for such a lovely stay! Hamilton House is a warm and welcoming home with large comfortable rooms and an amazing freshly cooked breakfast! The beds were amazing and I slept brilliantly. Very convenient for the Ice Bowl but also for the Train Station and centre of town. It was also really useful to have use of a fridge and microwave in the dining room to heat up an M&S meal at night (and keep my wine chilled!). Will definitely be back and can’t recommend highly...
