"Valet and porter met us as we pulled up and were very helpful. Property is gorgeous and right on Loch Lomond. Room was very nice. The best of our vacation. I had facecloths for the first time in Scotland which sounds silly but I wash my face every night and had to use a towel everywhere else."

"We stayed 3 nights with two young children in the family room. At 8am after our first night, I told them the shower is draining slowly and that we need more toilet roll and hand soap soon. We left and got back at 3pm and no one had tended to our room. Rubbish not taken out and nothing else touched. ..."
