There were no rooms available when we arrived. No way of contacting hotels.com had to go and find alternative. Still can't contact hotel.com about refund. Pretty rubbish all round

Incompétence totale et petit déjeuner mediocre

On m’a demandé de régler à mon arrivée en m’affirmant que je n avais pas réglé sur le site. Dans la salle du petit déjeuner j attends une personne demandé si ils ont bien retrouvé le paiement. Alertée je vérifie sur le site et je m’aperçois avoir déjà payé et malgré le reçu de Hôtel.com et de mon relevé bancaire il refuse de me rembourser ce que j’avais donc payé à l arrivée j ai du parlementer au téléphone 45 mn avant qu ils reconnaissent leur erreur.( la responsable n.est pas sur place). Petit déjeuner médiocre, pas de pain, on nous apporte du pain encore congelé. Pas de thé noir que de la tisane ou thé vert. Et on vous apporte une tasse d’eau tiède…. Je ne comprend pas qu hôtel.com propose un établissement si mal tenu. Portail du parking ne fonctionne pas il faut monté sur la grille et se pencher de l autre côté pour faire le code de la rue. C est dommage car les chambres sont agréables.

Une seule personne pour gérer deux hôtels , très serviable mais débordée… Check in pas avant 16:00…. Personne à la réception… avons dû attendre 16:20 pour que la barrière soit ouverte (un autre couple a attendu une heure…) Je pense que la direction n’investit pas suffisamment pour l’accueil des hôtes…. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel….
