"A well designed studio flat with lovely touches, a comfy bed and a good shower. There was a kitchenette with minimal facilities - just enough to do breakfast and microwave the leftover food we had brought with us. (Note there are steep narrow stairs into the flat) Great location near Aberfeldy and Loch Tay, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery in the area. Also, there are some restaurant options and a Coop, a short drive away in Aberfeldy. We would stay here again. "

"We love this place! This hotel is in a great location, it's extremely clean, it's beautifully decorated, the breakfast is marvellous and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming. We had the most fabulous stay and will definitely go back again!"

"Everything was lovely with the exception of the shower which was a little cramped and had low pressure. The host Garry was friendly and very accommodating. A beautiful lounge to sit and relax by the cozy fire while enjoying a wee dram. We would indeed love to return "

"Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely everything! What a great find this establishment is. If we return to Pitlochry we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, lovely, clean and quiet room (7) in the Courtyard, huge and very comfortable bed and a very spacious and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! , so many choices on the menu and all breakfasts cooked fresh to order using local, fresh produce. Conveniently located,with Pitlochry centre Only a 10 minute walk. We were skiing at Glenshee during our stay which was a 50 minute drive away. "
