"We loved our stay at Thistle House. The house was beautifully maintained and furnished and even detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We had rooms with a lovely view over the loch and we were also served a delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back! "
"I only spent one night here but I thought the the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, couldn’t get the TV to work but that could be me. The evening meal was good and served well.
One note to let it down, the surly staff member at breakfast is no help to your business."

"The house itself is lovely, the room was very comfortable, the beds were heavenly, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were accommodating when we had some delays checking in and out. The shower was the only downside--it was very hard to get the water to turn on and the water pressure was weak."

Perfect stay in Loch Lomond suite number 4 with splendid uninterrupted views over the loch. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent self-check-in hotel on the A83 looking directly into a stunning view of Loch Fyne at Inverary. Lovely garden with seating area for relaxing, eating, drinking or just taking in the view. Well appointed room and with fridge, kettle, tea, coffee. En-suite with fluffy towels, cotton buds, soap and shower gel. Close to lovely cafés and bars of Inverary and walkable to the beautiful castle. Would recommend!"
"Guter Startpunkt,um Loch Lomond zu erkunden. Hotel direkt am Pub und somit die einzige Essensmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Besser reservieren. Essen war sehr gut.Hotelzimmer sind groß,etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Donnerstags und Sonntags live Musik. Ideal für wanderungen und eine Bootsfahrt über das Loch."
