"Nice clean hotel in a great location, right on the seafront. Has a great rooftop pool with some nice food at the pool bar. Restaurant is ok, doesn't really have many options but really enjoyed the chef who can make pancakes, eggs, etc fresh. The main reason for 3 stars is the rooms, this hotel is very noisy and I barely slept. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything outside. The bin men come at 2am (I know this isn't the hotels fault) but it is SO loud. We had the city view which looks onto apartments, and you can hear their dogs barking or them pulling up in their motorbikes throughout the night. The doors need to be made better so you can't hear anything. Also, you are given one pillow, which isn't enough and there aren't any spares in the wardrobe. I would stay here again but it needs some improvement"

"I had a deeply disappointing experience. Due to a simple date error (I intended July 24-28, but mistakenly selected April 24-28), I reached out immediately to Expedia and the hotel on the same day. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just to adjust the booking to the correct dates, and I was willing to pay any difference. The hotel told me it had to go through Expedia, and Expedia told me that the hotel refused any changes due to their policy, even though I contacted them before the mistake dates even ended. In the end, neither side showed any flexibility, and I lost $1,170 for a simple date change request. This lack of consideration is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this experience to anyone."

"AC didn’t work, and neither did the mini fridge. But the staff were very friendly to help and try to fix. Good place to stay for how much it costs. Also good water pressure and clean rooms"

"Clean room, staff are friendly, Foods are not really tastyit. It would be good if you hire a car, there are nice places to see 1 hour travel around the hotel. Farms for kids,...."

"Nice location near to the beach and friendly staff. I'm not sure about the 4 star rating though as the rooms are a bit simple and our bed/pillows were uncomfortable, but the amenities are great. Breakfast was ok. "

"Clean rooms and hotel generally, staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Indoor pool although booked a place others had stayed and was around 40 people in the indoor pool area not 20 as they say it should be for booking. Buffet was ok, found food to eat but was mostly fish. Rooms very thin walls and could hear everyone at night. I would not say it’s a four star hotel, more like a 3. Overall for the price I paid as was cheap it was fine but would not want to pay high rates for this."

"Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and excellent food service. The only minor gripe that I had was the towels were washed out grey and the bedding was not the best. The room was also a little tired but clean."
