Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms are modern decorated and clean. Very close to the shops but thankfully far enough from the noisy area. The only downside is the artificial grass in pool area which was dirty and unpleasant To walk on. The sun loungers need replacement as well. My son loved the kids club tho.

Decent 4 star hotel in Lloret de Mar. Rooms clean but quite small but with really good outdoor space. We did half board, breakfast was pretty good, dinner ok the first two nights but better the final one when they had king prawns and pulled pork. Good location walkable to city and beach. Parking possible but quite expensive at €20 per day.

Nice hotel centrally located

Good choices on breakfast. Pool area was big and relaxing. Hotel was clean. Plenty of restaurants, bus station (for example for reaching Barcelona), shops and beach within 5 - 10 min walk. Size of room for 3 persons was quite small - however it did not matter, since we were most of the time out of the room.

One off Best hotel in to Lloret to compared others which I been before. Room are modern clean. Rooms on 7th floor have superb view Very friedly staff especially Manager and receptionist Gabriela. Definitely will be back in future.

From just arriving we were received by a nice smile. Registration was very fast and personal very courteous. We were traveling by motorcycle and we were asked to leave it at the hotel private parking for no additional charge. Check off was also speedy and fluid.

My husband and I returned to Hotel Anabel after 53years. It was our 1st holiday together 1971. We were so glad we did. The family run hotel made such a fuss of us when we told them our reason for returning. The hotel is still fabulous. It is spotless and everything about it is high end. The bed, bedding and towels are what you would expect in a 5*. We loved our 4 days stay and it was very nostalgic for us. Thank you Anna (owner) for welcoming us back and for showing us all your old pictures of 1971. We will be back again and not leave it so long next time Denise & Neil

Very good 4-star hotel

This hotel deserves all 4 stars that it's got. With that being said, don't expect a 5-star hotel. It is perfectly located in the city centre and close to the beach, but considering the location it wasn't noisy at all. Our room, although a bit outdated, was clean and beds were comfortable. But it is true that there isn't much room to hang and leave clothes and other personal items. The towels were changed and rooms cleaned every day and sheets every third day. The food, although somewhat modest in selection, was well prepared and very delicious. The pool area was also very clean. The hotel personnel were very pleasant, especially those working at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

as a vip member, i felt i was not treated fairly. none of the perks offered to a VIP guest was offered or acknowledged. Prior to my stay, I had been requesting to take off one night of my 3 day stay but management did not respond to expedia at all despite of several attempts. As I checked in, management said that they will not accommodate the one extra (last) night cancellation request because they will not have time to resell the room. Had they responded few days prior they would have!!! Overall communication from management was very poor. Will never go back!!!

On a passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le principal point positiif c'est le personnel. Mention spéciale à Said, un employé comme on aimerait en trouver dans tous les hôtels dans lesquels on séjourne. Les repas sont bons et assez variés. Dommage que l'hôtel soit entouré d'immeubles pas très attrayant. La vue autour n'est pas très belle. Avdes fins d'amélioration je dirai que la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Stadthotel mit Abzügen in der B-Note Grundsätzlich muss man sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass man hier ein Stadthotel in Lloret de Mar bucht. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Lloret, unweit der Haupteinkaufsstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, wo man seinen täglichen Bedarf gut decken kann. Zum Strand/Strandpromenade muss man ca. 500 Meter durch die Stadt laufen. Der Pool hat eine vernünftige Größe und es stehen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung, so dass man auch nach dem Frühstück freie Liegen findet und man sich nicht in die Handtuchschlacht einiger Frühaufsteher begeben muss. Hinzu kommt ein kleiner Kinderbecken. Bei schlechtem Wetter steht zudem ein Indoor-Pool im Spa-Bereich des Hotels zur Verfügung (für Kinder allerdings nur zu bestimmten Zeiten nutzbar). Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer hat den Charme der 80er und ist lediglich zweckmäßig (Wasserdruck in der Dusche lässt zu wünschen übrig). Das Essen (Halbpension) war qualitativ gut. Insbesondere hervorzuheben sind die umfangreichen Nachspeisen die angeboten werden. Die grundsätzliche Buffetauswahl ist allerdings begrenzt und wiederholt sich nach kurzer Zeit. Hier hätten wir bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet. Das Hotel Anabel kann man auf jeden Fall für einen günstigen Lloret Urlaub buchen. Stammgäste werden wir aber sicherlich nicht.

Les lits sont confortables mais un peu petit pour deux personnes. La chambre est propre, l'hôtel aussi, le restaurant très bon et repas variés. Le seul bemol les gens, les touristes qui regardent très mal et font des reflexions. Mais le personnel de l’hôtel é général est agréable, surtout la femme de ménage et le personnel du restaurant de l’hôtel! Je suis déçue des salles de bains, trop vieilles et abimées à mon goût! Un carrelage est tombé dans la salle de bain trop dangereux trop vétuste. Les balcons quand on a des enfants en bas âge sont trop dangereux nous étions au 5eme tout est vitré, il ne faut pas avoir le vertige et bien surveiller. Manque d’animations pour les enfants dans la piscine mais sinon top le spa jaccuzzi.

Lamentable

Restauration médiocre. Une réservation de place de parking par téléphone à l’établissement pour accéder à borne de recharge, le jour J pas de place,on m’a proposé 15€ pour la stationner le temps de la charger. il a fallu insister et payer 2 jours plutôt que 1 (arrivée en fin de journée je désirais prendre qu’un jour). La charge électrique a été débranchée pour un client de passage, mon chargeur en le laissant traîner vulgairement par terre . La dame de la réception chargée de faire venir des groupes de voyage semble s’exempter de courtoisie. Un comble pour une réceptionniste. De plus nous avons dû patienter 1h30 pour le Check In, car 2 personnes pour gérer tout un hall d’arrivée de cars. Le SPA était agréable, juste l’eau de la piscine pas assez chauffée.
