"TV didn’t work & couldn’t be fixed during our stay. "

"Room was vey good and clean, breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful"

"The Hotel has parking first come first serve very Narrow drive through alley. Does not have a dessert menu this is done by staff telling you whats on the menu it also does not have a wine list this is very limited. "

"Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands."

"I hope im not offending here but its an old building and in the middle of nowhere . In that respect , everything is fantastic. The owner couldnt do enough for me and Id definately stay here again."
