"David in reception was extremely helpful when I had issue pre arrival and welcoming in reception when I checked in. Have used this hotel multiple times as the location is a short walk from family and easy parking and quiet."

Breakfast was disappointing, fruit bowl was kiwi or apple, no gluten free options on display, no spoons for coffee, 1 plate available, messy sides and generally looked shabby, weekend staff were oblivious to the need to replenish. Had to walk to pub to get anything needed, we had to ask for another loo roll! Light...

"The team who served me were helpful and friendly. The guy who checked me in was efficient and really nice, so the procvess was quick but he made me feel very welcome. I had dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both."

"I was in room 16. Room 16 is next to the boiler room so it got hot. It was also occasionally noisy from the pipes. The staff were friendly and the food (breakfast and dinner) was decent. The views were brilliant."
