No elevator with ancient stairs, but charming historical building at the heart of the city. Don't expect to find parking anywhere close."

The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "
