"A day where the room cleaning was done with no replacement of towels n our mini bar n tea bags.Not realizing it my husband shower n have to clean up with face towel.
Room was dark n out dated shower still using curtains which is so cheap for Novotel when the rates are not low.

"Room is spacious and the hotel conveniently situated near the Laojie MRT station. It is also relatively new and hence clean. It is just next to the 1234Space Mall & Dongmen Pedestrian Street. For travellers to Hongkong, the hotel is just 2 stations away from the Luohu terminal station. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Shenzhen."
