This property was very conveniently located just a couple of hundred metres from the central train station, which was very handy for us doing day trips. It was immaculately clean with fresh linen daily and a great little balcony outside

overnight stay

Overnight stay as family. Only 5 min walk from Livorno train station. Clean room and quiet. Bed comfortable, big and clean bathroom. Pisa is a short train journey (15 mins/£2.50 train fare one way). Accessible to airport as well (40 min by train). Although we didn’t have breakfast as had to check out early, was told they serve breakfast early (6 am), would have rated higher if it is included in the room price.

Convenient hotel

It is a nice small convenient hotel. We just need to somewhere to stay at night since we visited family member. Room is clean, not many amenities but it was enough. We arrived at 3 in the morning by train - the train was supposed to arrive at 4. We went to ask if we can check in but he said we had to pay for one night but let us allow check in around 9 or 10. It is a petit hotel and didn't look busy so it would be very very helpful if he let us check in since I have 2 pre teen children. But it is understandable. When we checked out, the man at front desk gave me free cappuccino and it was nice.

Close to train station/nothing to write home about

If you need a hotel within walking distance to the the train station (Livorno centro is quite far from the station), Hotel Stazione is adequate. On the plus side: the hotel is clean and it is close to the station, if that is important to you. Otherwise, I'd put it around the level of a U.S. Motel 6: spartan (there really isn't any part of the hotel that is attractive), generic, uncomfortable, and unappealing furniture, no kettle/coffee/tea in the room, tiny plastic disposable glasses, small computer-sized TV monitor atop the "desk," and quite desolate at night. My take is that you don't get much at all for €100/night but, again, it is convenient (and clean) if you need a hotel near the train station. I don't think it's a hotel to which you'd be dying to return; it does its job, albeit minimally.

Great value for money!

My wife and I stayed one night, as we were taking the ferry in the morning to Corsica. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, there was free parking just outside, and 30 meters away was a nice local restaurant. The price was excellent - we definitely got our money's worth.

Great for overnight stay - close to station. A little far from centre if you want to get to the sea. We found the bed hard but we were so tired we slept!

Premessa,non ero mai stato a Livorno ,e non sapendo la situazione parcheggi ,ho scelto questo perché offriva appunto il parcheggio gratuito . Arrivato in hotel ib zona semiperiferica ,scopro che in realtà si tratta di poter parcheggiare sulle strisce bianche ,quando ne chiedo uno custodito mi si dice che si trova in zona ed è a pagamento ..... Personale non particolarmente gentile ,camera piccola ma abbastanza confortevole ,facciata dell'hotel davvero brutta .
