"My 2 night stay was great. Immaculately clean, free parking literally across the road and Mark was an excellent host. Right on the sea front with shops just around the corner. I’m usually in the area each month for work and this will be my first choice accommodation. Thanks again Mark 👍"

"The room was fine and we were impressed that we got service on day two without requesting it. We were not really prepared to have no staff on site. It would have been good to be able to leave bags on the last day as our train to Gatwick was late in the day."

"This is a really good value option for anyone visiting Brighton. The rooms are compact but the bed was very comfortable. The owner is friendly and sorts things out very quickly when you check in. It is also in easy walking distance of the Concorde 2 music venue. So handy if you are seeing a gig there."

"Cute and cosy hotel. Great location to access the beach and a nearby music venue. Short walk to the pier. Wish I could have seen the exterior of the townhouse turned hotel, but it was under construction and covered in scaffolding. "
