"The Swan Hotel is easily among the best I have stayed in my travels. The town of Arundel is charming, and the Swan Hotel is located in the heart. It is a well-maintained hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. I had a wonderful lamb Sunday roast with a great pint of cider. The room was cozy and quiet, with a superb view of the town and castle. A tip if you are a light sleeper is to avoid Rm. 205 as the air con unit is directly beneath and rumbles on and off throughout the night. It wasn’t too much of a problem for us but worth knowing. "
