"Room was clean and spacious, lovely bright reception and restaurant areas. Had to ask for more pillows and towels as not enough in room at the start but these were sorted straight away. Enjoyed a great breakfast and my son loved the pancakes. Room was extremely hot during the night as heating control wasn't working so went and asked reception in middle of the night and this was sorted. Would stay again as really nice hotel and not too far from alton towers. All staff were polite and helpful. "

"I arrived early and was expecting to wait as check in is usually at 3, but the man ot the reception allowed me to check in at 2.15 and also gave me a free upgrade. I have come here multiple times and have never been let down. "

"We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa. "

"Room was basic, shower water pressure very low, lighting in room not great, Breakfast - staff were doing a great job but were rushed off there feet, very busy and could not cope with demand on some food items like croissants, fruit, hash browns, sausages etc.. Also guest seemed to taking food and not eating it - wasting, and some did not care about leaving the place tidy - absolutely clueless people "

"We were looking for a hotel in the area and this one was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and had coffee and tea available the only downside was in the bathroom where the shower slider was loose making it difficult to shower."
