"We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. "Apart from the make up towels causing stains in the white towels this hotel is amazing. You really can’t pay for better views. The north side is quiet and relaxing. The hotel boat makes it so easy to access the other side where most attractions are and it’s free for hotel guests! The staff are kind and helpful! I have already recommended this place to several people and I hope to return soon!"

Regarding reviews about location, most travelers know Belize City is a jumping off point to get to the islands, one nights stay is sometimes required for connecting flights and water taxi. "The shower ran like it was sprinkling could never enjoy a decent shower , the bathroom sink pipe platters all over the floor because of the design of the sink and the pipe all the way at the edge ."

"Property is located within the residential neighborhood. Room was clean and ready despite an early check-in. Shower water pressure was not good . AC must stay on, or the room will start to become extremely humid"
