"It appears that after Hurricane Melissa Jamaican resorts hired the best marketing team with top quality cameras to attract tourists. The food was mid, the amenities were acceptable to an extent and my room looked nothing like the photos. Culturally, the staff that I encountered were rude and seemed to not understand that without tourists they would not be employed. Getting assistance from most staff appeared to take an act of Congress. In contrast, there were staff that were accommodating...
