"It was a great location close to the shops but the room had no toaster or microwave. When I said I had requested those 2 things they told me to use a kitchen which was located upstairs and because I have mobility issues I wasn’t able to access the kitchen"

"This stay was disappointing. Beds had electric blankets, but wiring was faulty on most of them. If you wanted to use them you would have been electrocuted. Lights didn’t work in the room.
