"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. "The staff were the best part of this experience. We felt like family after 7 nights together. Absolutely couldn't be nicer. The beds could use some updates but we could look beyond that because the hospitality was amazing. When we did ask for something they got right on it!"

"Nino was overly attentive from meeting you as the location as it’s a bit off the beaten path in a quiet & safe neighborhood. You’ll get a chance to meet his elderly dad who lives on the property. Within 20 or so minutes from Taormina. We stayed in the room with a bathtub and shower sprayer, wish it was mounted with a shower curtain because it was hard to shower without splashing water everywhere. "

"We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable. The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. The staff was helpful and even provided a print out of recommended restaurants that we used and loved all the suggestions. Would stay again! "

"This location is perfect. Just outside of the B&B are tons of restaurants, stores and entertainment areas. Everything was walking distance. The room itself was impeccable, clean and comfortable. The host offered multiple snacks and a mini fridge. She was accommodating of our late arrival and even helped us carry the luggage up the stairs! She also recommended a couple of dinner spots and put us in contact with a taxi service. My only complaint is the stairs. Be prepared to carry luggage up...
