"This hotel had to be the one of the dirtiest I’ve been to. As soon as we entered the lobby we knew we made a mistake. The lobby furniture was dirty and stained, the walls were dirty as were the floors and carpets. This was also the case with our room. The floors looked as though they haven’t been vacuumed or shampooed for years. Never again will we be staying at this property. "

"Staff at the front desk are very polite and helpful with aby question about certain places and the direction to how to get there. Just very pleasant to speak with"

"The hotel looks to be in an existing commercial building that had multiple floors remodeled into hotel rooms. It had an odd feel, and you could tell the building was older even though the pictures look new. Our room felt spacious, but it faced the metro tracks and that was loud. The WiFi didn't work for several hours. Multiple restaurants in the area showed temporarily closed, but it was about a 10 minute walk south to more options."

"This is a very nice boutique type property in a great location in Sintra. Close to the train station. Easy walk up to the old town. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are a decent size. Ours had a small kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed with wonderful bedding. There is a complimentary breakfast included. It is nicely set up and served. However, we found that some of the items (eggs/sausages/bacon) were warm at best and that was unfortunate. Hopefully they can...

"Beautiful, clean, fragrant"

"Fin inredning, rent och fräscht. Fantastiskt ordnad frukost med bl.a dagens hembakade kaka och allt annat man kan önska. Mycket trevlig och vänlig personal som gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle trivas och njuta av vår semester. Läget är också perfekt mitt i stan, men belägen på en lite lugnare bakgata så vi sov gott. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka!"

"Beautiful comfortable room overlooking the water and beach. Great food in the restaurant. One can walk for mikes on the close by waterfront path. Lots of choices for lunches and shopping. I felt safe! "
