"AMAZING!!!!! The rooms are beautiful and the view was like a fairytale. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection. The staff are nice and helpful. Close walking to everything, although uphill if that’s a problem. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, was sad I had to leave!!!"

"Das Zimmer war wirklich erst nach 15 Uhr bezugsfertig. Hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Handtücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt und ein Stuhl war defekt. Die Lage ist sehr gut alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gefrühstückt haben wir im Hotel nicht. Man bekommt in den Frühstückscafes ein günstiges Frühstück. Das Restaurant gegenüber ist sehr zu empfehlen gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis."

"This is an older hotel that has seen better days. On checking in. I was informed that they did not accept American Express. I found this odd for a four star hotel. Shortly, after arriving, the heat for the water system broke down, and it was several hours before we were able to take a shower. "This property is not shiny and new (it’s an old building) and its rooms may be small but it’s a wonderful place to stay. The father and son Team (and others) are razor focussed on hospitality and do an amazing job. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Good bed comfortable pillows and bedding. We would recommend to anyone visiting Sintra."
