We stayed here for four days, then went to Porto and returned back here on our last night because the staff, the rooms and the breakfast were so awesome! It’s in the heart of town in a quiet area and just a block off the Ave. Liberdade so it easily connects you to old town with a twenty minute stroll. The staff at this hotel was truly fabulous and the main reason that we returned here for our last night and recommended it to a new friend we met along the way. He stayed as well and loved it. A big shout out to Keven at the front desk for handling all the tours and restaurant recommendations for us as well as his general great nature. He’s a true asset to this hotel! We hope to return here.

This was one of our nicest stays, which is saying a lot! The staff here is hands down the most pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful! Everything from tours to great local restaurants, to printing tickets for the train. They even recommended the hotel breakfast, which I was keen on, but it was 13euros if you book it the night before and there’s a beautiful buffet, and in addition to everything they offer they also make eggs, omelettes, sausage and/or bacon. They have a Nespresso coffee machine with heated milk too and fresh squeeezed juices and teas. It was super impressive for 13 euro we seriously got our monies worth. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff, they were always happy and always smiling! Keven was wonderful, and so super helpful and his colleague “G” even walked outside with us to be sure we were pointed in the correct direction for the restaurant they recommended! 39 Degrau! Fabulous!! Hope to return someday!

Everything was great. Restaurant staff was beyond my expectations. The staff were very friendly, serving excellent. You can feel great energy in between them and then they spread that truth out the breakfast room. When I was sick they made me special food, everybody asked my husband how do I feel… Excellent

Loved it. Booked the family room which was perfect. It was 2 rooms ( 2 bathrooms) with a little hallway connector that joined them. Perfect!

Pros: everyone was very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was close to a small grocery store, laundromat and high end shopping. Con: A little too far from the center of town.

Honestly the sweetest staff! Excellent amenities, amazing bedroom! Helpful staff always willing to make the experience better. Breakfast was lovely as well as the welcoming staff! I can’t thank them enough for making such a great trip even better ! Highly recommend !!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants in der Nähe. Super freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Frühstück. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus über Nacht kostenfrei, ansonsten Tiefgarage im Hotel 18 €, die Nacht. Gern wieder.

The hotel room is a good size, clean, and bed was comfortable. It’s in a very good, quiet and safe location. It’s walkable to the hop on hop off bus stop, train station, stores, restaurants, etc. Breakfast at the hotel is descent. My only annoyance during our 5 day stay is the strong smell in the room - not sure if it’s the cleaning agent used or smell coming out of the vent inside the room. Thankfully I asked a staff to unlock the window so I opened it each time we came back to the room to air out the strong smell. The problem with that is - it was very cold outside and there were mosquitos that got inside the room and it bit us and was buzzing in my ear while trying to go to sleep in the evening. I am very sensitive to smell and this made it a not so good experience for me.

Love this area of Lisbon. Great location, clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff, willing to help and had on site parking for a small daily fee and able to go in and out. Would def Recommend and stay here again.

The Vincci Liberdade Hotel staff are extremely kind, and helpful . They help with all our travel needs, tours etc. The restaurant located in the hotel has a wonderful breakfast during the morning/breakfast hours. Hotel is very clean , its in a great location with lots of lunch/dinner options near the hotel. Metro us down the street, there's a park at the end of the block where its lovely to sit have a glass of wine/beer or drinknof your choice. If we returned to Lisbon i will stay here again.

Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable beds. They did insist on charging us 30euro for early check in at 11am (whereas that previously been complementary at other hotels we’ve stayed at) ie the room was ready/hotel was not very busy. I’d likely come back here if was checking in late afternoon or evening, otherwise would find somewhere that doesn’t nickel and dime.

It's so centric. Walkable to Liberdade, Rossio and Chiado. Clean and the people working there are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you only need or want a nice room without the other hotel frills. Miguel was extremely helpful.

Grosse déception - Pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles
L'hôtel n'a 4 étoiles que sur internet. En réalité il ne les mérite pas du tout. L'accueil n'est pas chaleureux, les tables des parties communes sont sales. Un coton sale se trouvait derrière sous les WC suspendus, cheveux dans le lit. Première fois que je vois un hôtel, 4 étoiles, sans chambre de courtoisie. Le petit déjeuner n'est absolument pas à la hauteur, ni dans le service ni dans les produits proposés. La chambre était spacieuse mais ne valait absolument pas son prix. Nous y sommes allés une nuit seulement et bien heureusement.
