The property is in an excellent location, very close to restaurants, shopping. The access to transit was only a few minutes walk away. The staff was very good in giving us directions. There was an issue with the air conditioning, and our first night there was very uncomfortable, and the staff was able to assist us with it, but it took management awhile to deal with it and approve it. There was another issue that we mentioned at check-in, the staff member said they would address it as well, but we never heard any resolution or mention of it again. Overall though, the staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Perhaps management is not on site, and therefore issues aren't dealt with immediately.
