It was okay overall
It was fine but I did pay for a premium apartment only to be informed after I arrived there that it hadn’t been cleaned so it wasn’t ready and I was moved to another one. Which was great but didn’t had a balcony. Sadly no compensation was for different of prices was offered. Also I wasn’t able to check in immediately and they didn’t reply when I asked for a late check out. I wish they had done everything way more smoothly. The apartment itself was actually great and I would recommend.

El apartamento estaba bien ubicado, aunque carecía de comunicación de transporte urbano. La limpieza del apartamento era lamentable y carecía de productos de limpieza alguno excepto lavaplatos

A recepção pode tornar uma estadia muito melhor
Vale mencionar nossa recepção pela Ucraniana mais portuguesa que já vimos (perdoe-me não lembrar o nome), que foi uma simpatia. Muito obrigada por nos receber tão bem! Certamente terão nossas recomendações aqui no Brasil. O apartamento é ótimo e tem quase tudo. Só fica bem distante de Lisboa pra quem está à pé. Gostamos muito do apartamento.

Not A Hotel
My original review was inexplicably rejected. Here it is again. Apartment was clean, but cold and sparsely furnished. Check-in was a nightmare. I'm old school, I go to the address given, tell the clerk I have a reservation and he checks me in. The Apartments are several private apts spread over several streets. You are given a whole list of instructions. As my phone battery had died, we got to the 'hotel' address knowing nothing of this. Several calls to the telephone number given (an answering machine) and Hotels got nowhere and we were left in the rain for three hours before a girl arrived and berated us for not replying to her calls! Had to sign 'Terms and Conditions' which basically say you are crashing in on a private apt building unregistered. etc. This is not how a 'hotel' should work.

o apartamento é ótimo e bem localizado. Minha insatisfação foi que nas condições para realizar a reserva diz que o check in poderia ser feito a qualquer momento, sem restrições de horário , pagando uma taxa extra de 15 euros. Porém fiz a solicitação para check in 03:00 hrs , mas foi negada . Então fica a dica e atenção para quem reserva este apartamento... que o check in é somente 14:30 hrs a 23:00 hrs

The apartment is great, but I was not aware that there was additional charge for late check in when I booked, and there was no hairdryer. We are not in the 1950's - ladies should not have to specifically ask for an appliance most use daily.

Un seul atout: sa proximité avec l’aéroport
Cet appartement est grand et propre, mais mal équipé. Il a fallu demander une cafetière, il n’y avait ni grille-pain, ni linge à vaisselle, ni détergent à lave-vaisselle, ni gants de four, De plus, les serviettes étaient humides à notre arrivée. On a conclu qu’elles étaient fraîchement lavées et qu’elles n’avaient pas eu le temps de sécher. Un des matelas était inconfortable. Enfin, l’appartement est encerclé d’autoroutes, pas question d’aller chercher un pain à pied.

Desilusão.
Não gostamos do apartamento. As imagens não condizem com a realidade. Principalmente pq todas as primeiras imagens são lindas de apartamentos com varanda é vista pro jardim e pra Ponte Vasco da Gama, bem diferente da visão que eu tive do apartamento. Apartamento T0 que anunciam como T1. Pequeno e desconfortável. Insuportavelmente quente mesmo à noite. Apesar de nos terem arranjado um ventilador (ventoinha), o calor é muito! O banheiro (casa de banho) é pequeno e apertado. Não é bonito como os que vimos nas fotos com vidro blindex na banheira. É uma banheira minúscula e com aquelas cortinas de tecido que, por falta de espaço, enquanto toma banho a cortina fica grudando em você. As gavetas de talheres estavam muito sujas e precisamos limpar tudo. Não há ao menos a cortesia de um sabão para máquina de lavar louças ou roupa. Sinceramente, não vale a pena. Recomendo solicitar fotos do apartamento que irá ocupar antes de ir para não passar o mesmo que eu. Assim não irá se sentir enganado.

Good sized apartment with all the amenities. Full kitchen was really helpful. Had to wait some time for checking as they were very busy that day. Good location, but a little hard to find. Better directions would be helpful. Would stay again.

Molto fiscali sull'orario del check-in e del check-out. Qualche problema di contatto perché non sempre rispondono al telefono. Pulizia degli interni discreta mentre i vetri erano piuttosto sporchi. Se avete a disposizione un'auto per muovervi la posizione è molto buona: si arriva bene nel centro di Lisbona e allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

It took 2 days for the repressive to reply to my email and when she did she seem to not really read it, it was frustrating trying to meet her as there is not a front desk , the listing said that it was a luxury apartment with a view of the river instead we got a bare bones run down apartment with a view of a grass hill, the apartment was very hot unfortunately we could leave the widows open because the traffic noise was extremely loud. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow the kitchen had chipped plates and no toaster. Thankfully we only booked for one night

I had to wait for over 40 minutos for the person in charge of the check in to arrive! When they did, they wanted to charge me again for the stay! I had to prove that I had already paid with my credit card for them to accept it! Also they made me pay cash 6 Euros saying that this tax was not included in the rate! I still think it was! Bathroom was not adequate, shelf below the sink was broken. They said I could use one space at the garage , I placed my car there and we received a notification that the space belonged to another apt! We had to call them again in order to give us another space!

Grosszügiges Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Küche komplett eingerichtet inkl. Waschmaschine. Sehr ruhig am Rande von Lissabon gelegen.

Great apartment for a great price.
Fantastic apartment. I was given a guided tour upon arrival. Very good size especially for the money. The kitchen was fully equipped and included a coffee machine. The living room had cable television. The only downside was the local area was a little dull but it was near to where I needed to visit. Highly recommended.

The apartment has a great view but is far from the city. The owners need to fix a few items, e.g. kitchen tap, and pay attention to client needs, e.g. provide soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent.

nice apartment
the apartment in 1st floor didn't allow us the view on the river the only thing we missed were some towels for kitchen, coffee capsules for the machine and also caps for dishwasher. the rooms were clean and the shop nearby was perfect. for a city trip we wouldn't choose it again, it's too far from center and the way with bus and the underground takes some time. check in/check out was easy and very friendly :-) about all we can recommend this!

Loin de la ville, trop loin...
Appartements très propre et moderne. Trop loin du centre de Lisbonnee, 59mn en bus sinon bus e métro avec un changement soit 35 mn. Le bus arrete le service à minuit. Si vous disposez d'une voiture, il vous faudra un GPS et encore. Le représentant du propriétaire n'est pas tjrs disponible et il fdra communiquer avec un ordonnateur pour vous rediriger vers la personne souhaitée. Il faudra faire tous tes achats avant de rentrer à la maison, il te faudra te déplacer en voiture. Tes soirées nocturnes seront réduites si tu n'a pas de voiture.

Nice new construction but the beds are very bad.
The apartment layout is nice. You have free parking. Airport near by. The lady that came to let us in was nice and on time. The beds were so bad that no one slept well. Very bad quality mattresses. No keys for the bathroom doors could also be improved. Nice kitchen. Very slow net which did not work at times. We could not get the TV to work - no description on how to use it either.

Vue superbe sur le pont Vasco de Gama
Appartement situé à proximité du pont Vasco de Gama. Bien desservi par le réseau routier et le train de banlieue. Bel appartement avec vue sur le pont. Environnement calme et agréable. Quelques bémols toutefois : - la récupération des clés n'est pas forcément aisée, car il n'y a pas d'agent sur place ; - quelques saletés et vétusté d'éléments de mobilier ; - aucune notice d'information pour le fonctionnement de la box internet, de la télévision et des informations pratiques (numéro de secours, etc)

Nice apartment in a quite section of Lisbon
Since it is an apartment, we had to call when we arrived at airport so that the host would meet us at the address to handover keys and show the basics. Apartment is in good condition, security is good and never felt unsafe throughout the time we were there. There's a supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was a lifesaver on many occasions. There were times when there was a heavy stench of sewage, but this was not specifically within the apartment, but the whole area. We had a power failure on the apartment, but was quickly sorted out. Was very impressed with the responsiveness of the personnel in charge of the apartments - very attentive and organized.
